    A Journey of Somatic Integration

A guided 12-session series walking you from survival back into vitality, one theme at a time: breath, interoception, emotional release, intergenerational trauma, embodied spirituality, and more.

Each session works directly with your nervous system through sensation, emotion, and somatic practice, so the healing lands directly into your body. Whether you carry chronic tension, stuck emotions, or numbness that has settled in over the years, these integration sessions will meet you where you are.

If your body has forgotten what it feels like to be fully alive, this is your opportunity to go beyond understanding, and into embodying it.

    Shadow to Self

A guided 6-session series that meets your shadow, drops the mask, and brings you home to your authentic self: recognizing where bypass lives, unmasking beyond performing, reclaiming anger and boundaries, regulating the nervous system, meeting adversity through the body, and living with embodied resilience.

Each session works directly with your nervous system through sensation, emotion, and parts work, cultivating self-compassion, inner safety, authentic boundaries, and embodied freedom.

If you are exhausted from performing and people-pleasing, this is your invitation to stop managing yourself and start inhabiting yourself.

A Somatic Exploration of Grief

A guided somatic journey through grief, loss, and life transitions, curated by Jaya for Neurotoned. Grief lives in the body: in a chest that's collapsed, a throat that won't open, and muscles that keep bracing against something that ended long ago. Through four 15-20 minute pre-recorded videos, Jaya will gently support your body to meet unprocessed grief, work with your nervous system to integrate stuck losses, and practice grieving as a skill to release old identities and invite new ones. Drawing on somatic wisdom and ancient cross-cultural grief rituals, you'll learn to let go while finding your feet on the new foundations waiting to grow underneath. This is for anyone sitting with grief that is recent or decades old, named or unnamed: a relationship, a version of yourself, or a life that didn't unfold the way you imagined.
